To ensure complete satisfaction before committing any money, every student is entitled to attend a 2-Day Practical Lab Demo Class completely FREE of cost. Students are encouraged to test the training methodology, interact with mentors, and experience our 1-Student = 1 PC environment before making any admission fee payment.
2 Admission Fee & Tuition Payment
- Course fees can be paid via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or Cash at our campus accounts desk. Official computerized fee receipts are issued for every payment.
- For multi-month diploma programs (such as ADCA 1-Year Diploma), convenient monthly installment schemes are available without any extra interest.
3 Refund Timeline & Conditions
- Prior to Batch Start / Within 3 Days of Enrollment: If a student formally requests course withdrawal within 3 calendar days of official batch commencement due to an unforeseen relocation or medical emergency, a partial refund (after deducting a 15% administrative and seat allocation charge) may be processed upon management review.
- After 3 Days of Regular Classes: Because batch lab seats, study materials, and faculty hours are pre-reserved for each student, course fees become non-refundable once regular curriculum training begins.
- Registration and exam portal processing fees are non-refundable.
4 Free Batch Shift & Course Pause Flexibility
We understand that college exams, family emergencies, or office shifts may temporarily interrupt your training. To protect your investment:
- Students can request a Free Batch Timing Change (e.g., Morning to Evening or Weekend) at zero penalty.
- Students may place their course on a Temporary Pause (up to 3 months) for college examinations and resume from the exact topic where they paused.
5 How to Apply for Refund or Batch Adjustment
All refund or batch transfer requests must be submitted in writing or by email to info@sgkacademy.in or directly at the campus front desk with your original enrollment receipt and student ID. Valid refunds are disbursed via original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
