1 Admissions & Free 2-Day Lab Demo
- Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to lab seat availability.
- Prospective students are entitled to a 100% Free 2-Day Practical VIP Demo Pass to evaluate trainer teaching quality and lab infrastructure prior to fee payment.
- Students must provide accurate personal, contact, and academic information during registration.
2 1-Student = 1 PC Dedicated Lab Guarantee
SGK Academy enforces a strict 1-Student = 1 PC guarantee:
- Every student is assigned an independent computer station during scheduled practical lab hours. Sharing of workstations is strictly prohibited.
- Students must take care of computer hardware, peripherals, and high-speed internet connections. Deliberate damage to academy property will incur repair or replacement costs.
3 Attendance & Course Completion
- A minimum of 75% attendance in both theory and practical lab sessions is mandatory for diploma and certification eligibility.
- Students unable to attend classes due to personal or medical reasons must notify the administration in advance to arrange backup or revision sessions.
4 Examinations & ISO 9001:2015 Certification
- Certificates and marksheets are issued only upon successful completion of the course curriculum, project submission, and passing the final assessment (minimum 40% aggregate).
- Every certificate contains an authentic student roll number and QR code verifiable on our official portal (verify.php).
- Duplicate certificate requests are subject to verification and standard administrative processing fees.
5 Code of Conduct & Institute Discipline
All students are expected to maintain respect, discipline, and decorum on academy premises and in digital groups. Any instance of harassment, cyber abuse, unauthorized software tampering, or unethical activity will lead to immediate suspension and forfeiture of certification rights.
6 Jurisdiction & Disputes
All disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
